Appreciated this pleasant stay on vacation. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were helpful, location was prime near downtown. The room was cheap and good-sized and the bathroom was fairly clean. It was very handy to have a microwave and a refrigerator. Location: the property was really close to Geneva and lakes Canadaigua and Seneca and all attractions in Geneva.

Nice location for a night in the road
Outdated, it has sure seen better times, I didn't see the previous reviews, I had a non smoking room, it was a bit better than described, So if you have to stay ask for one of those

The tub and shower had no water could not take a shower in the morning. There was no breakfast as advertised. Would not give some of our money back.

Good value for short stays with cozy amenities
The King Room felt cute, with a comfortable bed and a clean atmosphere. Be prepared for lively evenings. Nearby music can get loud! I appreciated the small picnic area, and the staff was friendly.

Nothing. Horrible
We booked a based on people of 6 but room accommodation was for 4. Beds could not fit us and they did not provided additional accommodation. We had 2 towels and could not get more until hotel staff arrived at 830. We left at 830. This was a horrible experience for the family.

We enjoyed the nearby roseland Water Park and the peaceful atmosphere here. The service was solid, and the rooms were clean. A good last-minute choice for our vacation!
